JULIE – Crack The Code

There’s something electric about a room full of people building ideas together. This campaign started exactly that way, collaborative, fast-moving, and fueled by creativity. Working alongside a sharp team and an incredibly talented writer, we set out to promote JULIE’s new Positive Response System in a way that didn’t feel like a typical utility message. Instead of explaining the system, we built a story around it. “Crack the Code” became our lens, a sleuth-driven concept where every detail mattered, and every clue pulled you deeper into the message.

From there, the creative came to life across every channel. Digital ads, emails, direct mail, and video all worked together as pieces of the same puzzle. Visually, we leaned into an illustration style inspired by the animated energy and intrigue of Tin Tin, paired with a slick, rhythmic tone influenced by Ocean’s 11 for the voiceover and music. The result was a campaign that felt smart, cohesive, and just a little unexpected. Most importantly, it was effective, and the client was genuinely thrilled. It was one of those rare projects where agency and client moved as one team, pushing the work further than any one group could have done alone.
